Our Complaint Process

  • All complaints are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.
  • We’ll conduct an immediate welfare check and safety assessment.
  • You’ll receive a formal acknowledgement within 3 working days.
  • We’ll provide a response summarizing the findings and actions taken within 28 days.

If you're not satisfied with our response

  • You can escalate your complaint to the Integrated Care Board or the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
